Dr. Raymond Magauran

Dr. Magauran is a board certified ophthalmologist specializing in oculoplastics and cosmetic eye surgery. He attended undergraduate studies at University College Dublin in Ireland and received his medical degree from the University of Connecticut Medical School. He completed his residency in ophthalmology at the University of Florida and fellowship training in ophthalmic plastics surgery at the Kresge Eye Institute, Wayne State University. He also earned an MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts.

Dr. Magauran has practiced oculoplastic surgery for more than 25 years, focusing on post-Mohs reconstruction, blepharoplasty, medical and cosmetic Botox, tearing disorders, and thyroid eye disease. He has held academic appointments and volunteers with the Island of Nevis Eye Care Program. Patients benefit from his extensive experience in both reconstructive and cosmetic procedures of the eyelids and surrounding structures.
