About Me
Dr. Raymond Theodosis is an ophthalmologist at Shepherd Eye Center, where he has been practicing since 2014. Originally from Central Texas, he earned his medical degree from Texas Tech University School of Medicine and completed his internship and residency at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.
Dr. Theodosis provides comprehensive eye care with a focus on general ophthalmology, cataract surgery, and refractive surgery. He examines patients for the detection and treatment of a wide range of conditions, including eyelid disease, cataracts, glaucoma, and retinal disease.
He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Medical Association, and the honor society Alpha Omega Alpha. Dr. Theodosis has been involved in clinical research, studying different designs of intraocular lenses and tear duct obstructions in children. In his free time, he enjoys family activities with his wife and four children, Mediterranean cooking, and playing tennis.
