About Me
Dr. Rachel Tesser is a board-certified ophthalmologist and a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. She completed advanced fellowships in adult anterior segment disease and pediatric eye disease, and practices comprehensive ophthalmology, providing diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of eye conditions as well as routine eye care for patients who wear glasses or contact lenses.
In 2009, Dr. Tesser founded Triangle Ophthalmology, a practice focused on delivering accessible and personalized eye care. She emphasizes the importance of continuity of care and strives to build long-term relationships with her patients.
Dr. Tesser completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia, medical training and internship at the Medical College of Georgia, residency in ophthalmology at the University of Wisconsin, and additional fellowships in cornea and refractive surgery at the University of Wisconsin and pediatric ophthalmology at Duke Eye Center.
