Dr. Lucy Bailey, MD, MPH is a board-certified comprehensive ophthalmologist who enjoys caring for patients of all ages. A Houston native, Dr. Bailey completed medical school at Columbia University, earned a Master of Public Health at the Harvard T.H. She later joined Houston Eye Associates, where she provides attentive, efficient care across multiple clinic locations.
