Dr. Peter Campanella

Dr. Peter C. Campanella provides comprehensive ophthalmology care at Campanella Eye Associates in Reading, Pennsylvania. He specializes in cataract surgery, offering advanced no-stitch, no-needle techniques with lifestyle-enhancing intraocular lens implants such as ReSTOR, AcrySof IQ Toric, Crystalens, and Trulign. Dr. Campanella also partners with the Kremer Laser Center and local surgeons to offer laser vision correction, while personally managing his patients' post-operative follow-up for a seamless experience.

In addition to surgical eye care, Dr. Campanella performs cosmetic treatments including Botox and Juvederm injections, as well as blepharoplasty (eyelid lift) to address both functional and aesthetic concerns. He completed his medical degree through a combined six-year program at Penn State and Jefferson Medical College, followed by an internship at Albert Einstein Medical Center and an ophthalmology residency at Penn State Hershey Medical Center, where he served as chief resident.
