About Me
Dr. Patrick S. Kelley is a board-certified ophthalmologist and surgeon with specialized fellowship training in cornea and refractive surgery. He provides expert care in refractive and cataract surgery, including intraocular lens (IOL) implantation, as well as the diagnosis and treatment of corneal diseases. Dr. Kelley is dedicated to offering the latest advancements in eye care, tailoring each treatment plan to the unique needs of his patients.
He earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland in College Park and his Medical Degree from the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo. During his service in the United States Air Force, he completed a general surgery internship at David Grant Medical Center and an ophthalmology residency with the San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium. With over 20 years of military experience, he held chief ophthalmology positions at Keesler and Wright Patterson Air Force Bases and led ophthalmology and refractive surgery at Joint Base Elmendorf Richard Hospital in Alaska.
Dr. Kelley is an active member of professional organizations including the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, and the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology. He previously served as an associate professor at the University of Texas Southwestern, mentoring residents, and now focuses on providing comprehensive eye care in Arizona.
