Dr. Noel Saks

Dr. Saks is a board-certified ophthalmologist who specializes in oculoplastic disorders and surgery. He provides both cosmetic and functional surgery of the eyelids, brow, and midface, along with general ophthalmology services. His expertise includes treating drooping eyelids, inward and outward turning eyelids, tear duct disorders, and eyelid tumors. He also offers Botox injections for aesthetic rejuvenation and muscle spasms, as well as cosmetic filler injections.

After graduating with highest honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Dr. Saks earned his medical degree from the University of California, San Francisco. He completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago Eye Center, where he served as chief resident, and then a fellowship in oculoplastic and reconstructive surgery. He is one of the few physicians in the area with this specialized training.
