Dr. Naveen Chandra

Dr. Naveen Chandra is an ophthalmologist who has been practicing at Kaiser Permanente since 2001. He specializes in corneal and external ocular diseases, offering advanced surgical interventions such as corneal transplant surgery (including CTAK), pterygium surgery, refractive cataract surgery, clear-lens extraction, implantable contact lenses, and LASIK.

Dr. Chandra is dedicated to helping patients achieve the best possible vision and quality of life. He focuses on providing technologically advanced, personalized care, and values the direct patient-physician relationship. His practice is centered on both medical and surgical management of eye conditions, with an emphasis on efficient and effective treatment.
