Dr. Nadia Waheed

Dr. Nadia Waheed is an ophthalmologist and clinician scientist at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, where she specializes in the diagnosis and management of retinal diseases. Her clinical and research interests include age-related macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy. Dr. Waheed utilizes advanced imaging techniques such as optical coherence tomography (OCT), OCT angiography, and microperimetry to assess retinal health and guide treatment decisions.

She is also involved in developing clinical trial endpoints for retinal diseases, aiming to improve the evaluation of new therapies.
