About Me
Dr. Michael L. Nordlund is an ophthalmic surgeon who specializes in cataract surgery, advanced lens implantation, and corneal transplantation. He provides care for patients with cataracts, corneal disease, and ocular surface conditions, and also performs refractive surgery.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Nordlund serves as Chairman of the Clinical Governance Board and on the Executive Committee for Cincinnati Eye Institute Vision Partners. He has authored textbook chapters on the ocular surface, cornea, and cataract surgery, and lectures at national and international meetings.
Dr. Nordlund has been recognized with the Paton Award from the Eye Bank Association of America and has been named among Best Doctors in America. He is a member of several professional organizations including the Cornea Society and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
