About Me
Dr. Kerr, a native Nashvillian, earned her B.A. in chemistry from the University of Virginia and later returned for her medical degree from the same institution. Before medical school, she taught high school science for a year. She completed an internal medicine internship and an ophthalmology residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
Board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology, she has served as chief of Ophthalmology at Baptist Hospital and has practiced ophthalmology in Nashville for sixteen years. At Heritage Medical Associates, she provides comprehensive eye care to patients ages 10 and older, addressing conditions such as cataracts, glaucoma, dry eye, diabetic retinopathy, and age-related macular degeneration. She performs thorough eye examinations and offers a range of treatments for these conditions. Dr. Kerr is dedicated to helping patients maintain good vision and eye health. She welcomes new patients.
