Dr. Marsha Penn

Dr. Marsha K. Penn is a board-certified ophthalmologist at Bluegrass Eyecare Center in Lexington, Kentucky, providing comprehensive medical and surgical eye care. She treats conditions such as glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, and macular degeneration, and offers minor office procedures, laser treatments, and routine eye exams for glasses and contact lenses. Dr. Penn sees patients from age four through adulthood, focusing on thorough evaluations and patient education.

Dr. Penn has been with Bluegrass Eyecare Center since 1989. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Central Oklahoma, earned her medical degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, and finished her ophthalmology residency at Vanderbilt University, where she served as chief resident. She is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
