Meet Dr. Mark Robinson
About Me
Mark Robinson, MD, is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in neuro-ophthalmology. He received his medical degree from the University of North Carolina School of Medicine in Chapel Hill. His training includes an internship at the University of Virginia School of Medicine Roanoke-Salem in Salem, a residency in ophthalmology at Georgetown and Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C., and a neuro-ophthalmology fellowship at the Dean McGee Eye Institute and University of Oklahoma in Oklahoma City.
Dr. Robinson's clinical interests encompass the medical management of glaucoma, ophthalmic public health issues, optic neuropathies, visual field defects, diplopia, and idiopathic intracranial hypertension. He is passionate about patient care and enjoys teaching ophthalmology to residents and medical students.
He is currently accepting new patients and practices at Prisma Health Ophthalmology in Columbia, South Carolina, where he provides comprehensive eye care with a focus on neuro-ophthalmic conditions.
