Dr. Lawrence Platt is an ophthalmologist at Eye Specialists - Mount Pleasant, part of the Froedtert & Medical College of Wisconsin health network. He provides comprehensive eye care, with a particular focus on conditions such as cataracts, glaucoma, and diabetic eye disease. Dr. Platt believes in combining the latest advances in ophthalmology with attentive listening to develop personalized treatment plans for each patient. He finds treating patients with multiple eye conditions especially rewarding.

Dr. Platt completed his medical training at the University of Illinois College of Medicine and his residency in ophthalmology at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He holds an MBA from the University of Illinois and serves as an Associate Professor. He has extensive experience teaching cataract surgery to residents and is committed to bringing academic medicine to the community.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Platt enjoys reading, running, skiing, biking, and travel.
