About Me
Dr. Lawrence Wolin is a board-certified ophthalmologist who has been practicing at Northwest Ophthalmology since 1982. He specializes in laser-assisted cataract surgery and refractive surgery, utilizing multifocal and toric intraocular lens implants to correct vision.
He earned his medical degree from Loyola-Stritch School of Medicine and completed an internship at Mount Sinai Hospital in Chicago, followed by an ophthalmology residency at Michael Reese Hospital Medical Center, where he served as chief resident. Dr. Wolin has served as a Clinical Assistant Professor in Ophthalmology and currently serves as an attending physician at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights. He is a member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, the International Society of Refractive Surgery, and the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
