Dr. Laura Piippo

Laura Piippo, M.D., is a board-certified, fellowship-trained pediatric ophthalmologist at Grand Rapids Ophthalmology. She provides specialized eye care for children and serves patients in Walker, Rockford, and Holland, Michigan. Her focus is on pediatric ophthalmology, addressing the unique vision needs of infants, children, and adolescents.

Dr. Piippo earned her Bachelor of Science from Lake Superior State University and her medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine. She completed her ophthalmology residency at the University of Illinois and a fellowship in pediatric ophthalmology at Baylor College of Medicine. She is a member of several professional organizations including the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Association for Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus.
