Dr. Kristen Duncan

Dr. Kristen T. Duncan is a board-certified comprehensive ophthalmologist practicing in Memphis, Tennessee. Born and raised in Shreveport, Louisiana, she moved to Memphis to attend Rhodes College, where she graduated cum laude with a bachelor's degree in English Literature in 1996. She then returned to Louisiana for medical school at LSUHSC-Shreveport, earning her MD in 2002.

Dr. Duncan moved back to Memphis for her postgraduate training, completing an internship at Methodist University Hospital in 2003 and an ophthalmology residency at the University of Tennessee-Memphis Department of Ophthalmology/Hamilton Eye Institute in 2006. Since then she has worked in private practice, obtaining board certification from the American Board of Ophthalmology in 2008. She founded Duncan Eye, PLLC in December 2010, where she provides medical and surgical eye care including cataract surgery and management of conditions such as glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, and dry eye. Dr. Duncan is dedicated to providing comprehensive ophthalmology services to patients in the Memphis area.
