Dr. Julia Sullivan Miller

Dr. Julie Miller is a board-certified ophthalmologist and oculoplastic specialist at Allure Plastic Surgery in New York City. She earned both an MD and a PhD from Tulane University School of Medicine and completed an internship at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital followed by an ophthalmology residency at the Harkness Eye Institute of Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center.

Dr. Miller's practice focuses on eyelid surgery and oculoplastic procedures, including upper and lower blepharoplasty, ptosis correction, and brow lift. She also provides non-surgical facial rejuvenation treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and CoolSculpting. As an ophthalmologist, her approach combines functional preservation with aesthetic results.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Miller has contributed to peer-reviewed research and serves as Director of the APS Non-Invasive Center. She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
