Dr. Joseph Shovlin

Dr. Joseph Shovlin is a board-certified ophthalmologist and oculofacial plastic surgeon at Outlook Eyecare, with expertise in cataract surgery, cosmetic and reconstructive eyelid procedures, and facial rejuvenation. He provides comprehensive eye care and specializes in advanced cataract surgery using toric and multifocal lens implants to reduce dependence on glasses. Dr. Shovlin also performs blepharoplasty (eyelid lifts), ptosis repair, minimally invasive tear duct surgery, and eyelid reconstruction for conditions such as entropion or ectropion. Additionally, he offers non-surgical facial rejuvenation treatments to address signs of aging, including dark circles, eyelid bags, and fine lines.
