Dr. Joseph Ling is a refractive surgeon and the Medical Director at the Laser Eye Center of Silicon Valley, where he provides advanced, patient-centered eye care. He specializes in modern vision correction procedures designed to help patients achieve freedom from glasses and contacts. Dr. Ling is dedicated to offering personalized treatment plans using the latest technologies.

His clinical expertise includes skillfully performing lens-based procedures such as cataract surgery, Custom Lens Replacement (CLR), and EVO ICL implants. He is also proficient in corneal refractive surgeries including All-Laser LASIK, SMILE LASIK, and PRK. Dr. Ling focuses on providing safe and effective outcomes for vision correction needs.

Dr. Ling completed his medical degree at the Morehouse School of Medicine in Georgia, followed by an ophthalmology residency at the University of Buffalo.
