Dr. Jordan Guffey

Dr. Jordan Guffey is a board-certified ophthalmologist and surgeon at Triad Eye Institute with a focus on cataract surgery and minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS). A native of Broken Arrow, he graduated magna cum laude from the University of Central Oklahoma with a bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences. He attended medical school at the University of Oklahoma, where he was elected into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. After graduation, he completed his residency at the West Virginia University Eye Institute in Morgantown, WV.

Dr. Guffey specializes in comprehensive ophthalmology, offering advanced procedures like LenSx® laser-assisted cataract surgery and refractive lens implant surgery with Vivity™ and PanOptix® lenses. For glaucoma management, he provides MIGS (including iStent, Hydrus, and ABiC) and laser trabeculoplasty to help reduce medication dependence and preserve vision. Outside the clinic, he enjoys watching football, golf, hunting, and fishing, and resides in the Tulsa area with his wife, Jernye, and their son.
