About Me

Dr. John Davis is a pediatric ophthalmologist who provides full-spectrum eye care for children from birth through the teen years. He evaluates decreased vision, refractive errors, and eye misalignment, and offers both in-office therapies and surgical correction when needed. He also treats adults with double vision and strabismus, helping patients regain comfortable, single vision for reading, school, work and sports. Families value his calm explanations and the kid-friendly atmosphere he fosters in clinic.

Dr. Davis earned his M.D. at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, completed ophthalmology residency at the University of Washington, and pursued fellowship training in Pediatric Ophthalmology & Strabismus at OHSU’s Casey Eye Institute. As an assistant professor at Casey, he collaborates closely with optometrists, pediatricians and therapists in Central Oregon to deliver coordinated, timely care.
