Dr. Jared Parker

Dr. Jared W. Parker is a board-certified ophthalmologist in Salt Lake City, Utah. He specializes in cataract surgery and refractive surgery, and treats a range of eye conditions including diabetic eye disease, macular degeneration, and glaucoma. As a Salt Lake native, Dr. Parker brings a local perspective to his practice.

Dr. Parker completed his medical training at the University of Utah School of Medicine and his ophthalmology residency at the Kellogg Eye Center of the University of Michigan. He has previously served as a clinical instructor at the University of Michigan and the Ann Arbor Veterans Hospital. Dr. Parker is fluent in Spanish and is an active member of professional organizations including the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Utah Medical Association, and the Utah Ophthalmology Society.
