About Me
Dr. James Lai is a board-certified ophthalmologist providing care for patients with a variety of eye conditions, including conjunctivitis, allergic conjunctivitis, and eye and retinal cancers. He specializes in pediatric ophthalmology and adult strabismus, and offers services such as contact lens fitting for both children and adults.
Dr. Lai completed his medical training at Washington University School of Medicine, followed by a residency in ophthalmology and a fellowship in pediatric ophthalmology and adult strabismus. He has been in practice since 1992 and previously served as an assistant professor at Children's National Medical Center. Dr. Lai is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Association for Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus.
