Dr. James Linder

Dr. James S. Linder is a board-certified ophthalmologist with advanced fellowship training in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery. He earned his medical degree from the University of Tennessee and completed his ophthalmology residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He then pursued additional specialization in oculoplastic surgery at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, where he later served as a senior staff physician.

Dr. Linder has been in private practice in Memphis since 2003, where he sees all oculoplastic consults. He also travels to Jackson to perform surgical procedures. His background includes participation in clinical trials, residency training oversight, and serving as chief of ophthalmology at the Regional Medical Center, reflecting his commitment to advanced eye care.
