About Me
Dr. Matthew Wilson is an ophthalmologist with advanced subspecialty training in ocular oncology and oculoplastic and reconstructive surgery. He focuses on diagnosing and managing eye tumors and performs reconstructive procedures for conditions of the eyelids, orbit, and tear ducts. His practice includes the treatment of a wide range of ophthalmic pathologies, from benign growths to malignant tumors, as well as functional and aesthetic concerns of the eye and surrounding structures.
Dr. Wilson is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and holds the academic rank of Professor of Ophthalmology at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. He sees patients at the Hamilton Eye Institute-Downtown in Memphis, where he provides specialized care for individuals with complex eye conditions.
