Dr. James Ravin

James G. Ravin, M.D., M.S., is a board-certified ophthalmologist with more than 30 years of experience in general ophthalmology. He provides comprehensive eye care, including cataract surgery, LASIK surgery, glaucoma treatment, and management of diabetic retinopathy and macular degeneration. Dr. Ravin appreciates the blend of medicine and surgery that ophthalmology offers, guiding patients through their treatment options.

Dr. Ravin has contributed extensively to ophthalmic research with over 115 journal reviews and served on the editorial board of the Archives of Ophthalmology. He is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Surgery at the University of Toledo College of Medicine and has also served as a Captain and Flight Surgeon in the U.S. Air Force.
