Meet Dr. Irfan R Khan

Dr. Irfan Khan is a board-certified ophthalmologist who provides comprehensive eye care for a wide range of conditions. He has a particular interest in ocular immunology and uveitis, and also manages retinal disorders, cataracts, and glaucoma. Dr. Khan completed his medical degree at Saint Louis University School of Medicine and then pursued his residency in ophthalmology at the University of Virginia. He further specialized through a uveitis fellowship at the Wilmer Eye Institute of Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Dr. Khan returned to the University of Virginia in 2018 as a faculty member, where he continues to practice and teach. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and catching up on his favorite television shows.
