About Me
Dr. Imane Tarib is a cornea and refractive surgery specialist who manages a range of anterior segment conditions. Her clinical practice focuses on corneal diseases, cataract surgery, and ocular surface disorders, including keratoconus and severe dry eye. She is passionate about improving global access to corneal care and has been involved in international initiatives addressing corneal blindness.
Dr. Tarib completed her ophthalmology residency in Morocco and pursued advanced fellowship training in cornea and external disease at the University of Illinois Chicago and Bascom Palmer Eye Institute. She also completed research training in Germany and at the Cleveland Clinic Cole Eye Institute, focusing on cataract surgery outcomes and intraocular lens technology.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Tarib is actively involved in research, with peer-reviewed publications on corneal disease and refractive surgery outcomes. She enjoys creating educational content for trainees and patients and mentoring future ophthalmologists.
