A Bay Area native, he brings a unique background in mechanical and aerospace engineering to his medical practice, which he applies to his meticulous approach to patient education and treatment. Dr. Chiang completed his medical degree at the University of Vermont College of Medicine and then pursued an internal medicine internship and ophthalmology residency at UT San Antonio. He further honed his skills through fellowship training at the Byers Eye Institute at Stanford.
