About Me
Dr. Gregg Gayre is an ophthalmologist specializing in oculoplastic surgery and ocular oncology. His practice focuses on surgical procedures involving the eyelids, tear ducts, and orbit, as well as the treatment of eye cancers and cosmetic facial surgery. Dr. Gayre completed his residency at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute and a fellowship in Oculofacial Plastics and Ocular Oncology at Duke University.
He is board certified in Ophthalmology and serves as the chief of eye care services and assistant physician-in-chief of the San Rafael medical center, where he focuses on specialty access. Dr. Gayre values education and has served as a principal author of numerous medical texts. He remains dedicated to the health of members of The Permanente Medical Group.
