About Me
Dr. Grace Paley is a board-certified ophthalmologist who specializes in refractive cataract surgery and corneal disease. She helps patients make confident decisions about their vision by combining careful diagnostics with an evidence-based, patient-centered approach. At Ideal Eye Surgery, she serves as one of the practice’s cataract surgeons.
Dr. Paley completed undergraduate studies at Indiana University Bloomington and earned her MD and PhD at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. She trained in ophthalmology at Washington University in St. Louis, completing both residency and a cornea fellowship. Dr. Paley teaches ophthalmology residents and has served as a board examiner for the American Board of Ophthalmology and as a preceptor for cataract surgery and suturing courses at the American Academy of Ophthalmology annual meeting.
