Meet Dr. Franklin Li

Dr. Franklin T. Li is a board-certified ophthalmologist and eye surgeon at NCEENT. He specializes in femtosecond laser cataract surgery using advanced intraocular lenses and performs oculoplastic surgery to correct eyelid abnormalities. He treats a range of general ophthalmic conditions including glaucoma, dry eye, eye infections, trauma, and retinal disease. Dr. Li also offers aesthetic facial treatments such as Botox and injectable fillers.

Dr. Li completed his medical degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, followed by an internship at St. Francis Hospital and an ophthalmology residency at the University of California San Diego Shiley Eye Institute. He has conducted research on inherited corneal dystrophies and glaucoma imaging. Dr. Li is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and a member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
