Dr. Evan Dunn

Dr. Evan Dunn is a vitreoretinal surgeon dedicated to providing the highest quality medical and surgical care to patients in a friendly environment. He focuses on treating retinal conditions and employs a painless technique for intravitreal injections to maximize patient comfort.

Dr. Dunn completed his ophthalmology residency at Indiana University, where he was Chief Resident of the Transitional Year program. He then undertook a vitreoretinal surgery fellowship at the University of Illinois at Chicago and University Retina, training with internationally recognized leaders in medical and surgical retina. As the Director of Clinical Research at Retina Specialists of Tampa, he is a firm believer that clinical research provides patients early access to new treatments and has served as principal investigator in multiple clinical trials.
