Dr. Evan Berger

Dr. Evan Berger is a retina specialist who treats conditions such as macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, retinal vein occlusion, and retinal detachments. He performs vitreoretinal surgery and provides expert subspecialty care for these retinal conditions.

Dr. Berger completed his medical degree, internship, and residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School. He then pursued advanced fellowship training in vitreoretinal surgery at the West Virginia University Eye Institute.

Born and raised in Virginia Beach, Dr. Berger is actively involved in the community, volunteering his time at the Lions Eye Clinic to offer free eye care and expert subspecialty treatments aimed at reducing blindness in the Hampton Roads community.
