Dr. Eligijus Lelis

Dr. Lelis is a board-certified ophthalmologist and the managing partner of Spectrum Eye Institute. He has been practicing ophthalmology in the Will, Grundy, and Cook counties area since 1990 and has performed over 20,000 surgeries. He completed his medical training at Case Western Reserve School of Medicine and his residency at Loyola University of Chicago, following an internship at the Cleveland Clinic.

Dr. Lelis provides comprehensive eye care with a focus on refractive and cataract surgery. He performs LASIK to correct nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism, and offers cataract surgery with premium multifocal lens implants. Additionally, he provides cosmetic Botox treatments for wrinkles around the eyes. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Illinois Association of Ophthalmology, and the Illinois Society for the Prevention of Blindness.
