Dr. David Russell

Dr. David Russell is an oculoplastic surgeon who specializes in plastic and reconstructive surgery of the eyelids, orbit, and face. His journey into medicine began at a young age during a humanitarian trip to India, where he decided to dedicate his life to helping others. He pursued his medical degree at the University of Colorado and completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of North Carolina. Dr. Russell further honed his skills through an ASOPRS fellowship in oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgery.

Dr. Russell sees both adults and children for a variety of conditions, including eyelid and orbital tumors, tear duct disorders, and functional eyelid problems. He also performs aesthetic facial rejuvenation procedures. He believes in taking the time to educate his patients about their options and developing individualized treatment plans. Dr. Russell is currently practicing at Kaiser Permanente, where he joined in 2016.
