About Me
Dr. Kasra Eliasieh is a board-certified oculofacial plastic surgeon with more than ten years of experience helping patients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. He earned his MD degree from the UC Davis School of Medicine, completed his ophthalmology residency at The New York Eye and Ear Infirmary in New York City, and then undertook a two-year fellowship in oculofacial plastic surgery at the Wilmer Eye Institute of Johns Hopkins Hospital, one of only a handful of American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS) fellowships in the country.
Dr. Eliasieh served as the Program Director for the CPMC Department of Ophthalmology Residency Program for six years and continues to teach oculofacial plastic surgery to ophthalmology residents at Highland Hospital in Oakland. He has lectured at national conferences, published in peer-reviewed medical journals, and authored book chapters. Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and the ASOPRS, he has helped thousands of patients restore and enhance the delicate area around their eyes and face, earning recognition for excellent surgical results, attentive patient care, and treating everyone with respect and kindness.
A native of Northern California, Dr. Eliasieh lives in the East Bay with his wife and two daughters. He is proud to serve the population of the San Francisco Bay Area and Northern California. In his free time, he enjoys riding his road bike, baking sourdough bread, and exploring the outdoors with his family. He is fluent in Spanish and Farsi.
