Dr. David Leach

Dr. David H. Leach is a board-certified ophthalmologist who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of corneal diseases, external eye conditions, and refractive surgery. He practices at Tampa Eye Clinic in Tampa, Florida, where he serves as a partner. Dr. Leach’s clinical focus includes managing conditions such as pterygium, Terrien’s marginal degeneration, and other corneal disorders, as well as offering advanced refractive procedures like photorefractive keratectomy (PRK) and epikeratophakia.

With extensive training in cornea, external disease, and refractive surgery from the LSU Eye Center, Dr. Leach brings a high level of expertise to his practice. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Ophthalmology and is affiliated with St. Joseph’s Hospital and the Tampa Eye and Specialty Surgery Center. Dr. Leach is dedicated to providing patients with comprehensive eye care tailored to their individual needs.
