About Me
Dr. Daniel R. Lefebvre is an oculoplastic surgeon who specializes in disorders of the eyelids, tear ducts, and orbit. He is a member of Mass. Eye and Ear’s Ophthalmic Plastic Surgery Service and the Center for Thyroid Eye Disease and Orbital Surgery, focusing on conditions such as tearing, orbital fractures, cosmetic eyelid surgery, and eyelid cancers.
Dr. Lefebvre completed a prestigious two-year fellowship in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery through the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, training at Harvard Medical School, Boston University, and Brown University. He is dedicated to teaching and frequently lectures at national and international conferences, in addition to participating in volunteer surgical missions.
He is actively involved in patient education and support, including working with the Graves’ Disease and Thyroid Foundation Support Group. His clinical approach combines surgical expertise with a commitment to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care.
