About Me
Dr. Daniel P. Greene is a board-certified ophthalmologist who specializes in corneal disease, cataract surgery, and laser vision procedures. He provides comprehensive eye care, including cataract extraction with advanced lens implantation, corneal transplantation, and the diagnosis and treatment of corneal and external diseases. Dr. Greene utilizes toric intraocular lenses to correct astigmatism during cataract surgery and offers multifocal lenses to help patients achieve clear near vision without glasses after surgery. He also performs routine eye exams, diabetic eye screening, and glaucoma evaluations.
After completing his ophthalmology residency at Yale-New Haven Hospital, Dr. Greene pursued a fellowship in Cornea and External Disease at the University of Southern California. He is an active member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the Virginia Society of Eye Physicians and Surgeons. Dr. Greene sees patients at the Midlothian and Innsbrook offices of Richmond Eye Associates.
