Dr. Daniel O'Connor

Dr. O'Connor is a board-certified ophthalmologist and glaucoma specialist with over 20 years of experience in eye microsurgery. He provides advanced care for cataracts and glaucoma, utilizing the latest technology for early detection and offering a range of medical, laser, and surgical treatment options.

Having performed over 25,000 microsurgical and laser procedures, Dr. O'Connor brings extensive experience to his practice. He is actively involved in ophthalmic research and has lectured internationally on the detection and treatment of eye diseases, including glaucoma, cataracts, and refractive surgery. His approach combines surgical expertise with a commitment to educating patients about their conditions.

Dr. O'Connor serves on the staff of Beth Israel Deaconess Plymouth Hospital and Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, and is the Medical Director of the Plymouth Laser & Surgical Center. He cares for patients at multiple locations across the South Shore and Cape Cod region.
