Dr. Claire Chang

Dr. Claire Chang is a board-certified ophthalmologist at Mann Eye Institute in Houston, Texas. She provides comprehensive eye care services including cataract evaluation, comprehensive eye examinations, and management of conditions such as diabetic eye disease, ocular surface disease, and glaucoma. Dr. Chang also offers pre- and post-operative surgical care for patients undergoing eye surgery.

Dr. Chang earned her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine and completed an internal medicine internship at Alton Ochsner Foundation, followed by an ophthalmology residency at LSU Eye Center. She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Texas Medical Association, and the Harris County Medical Society. Dr. Chang is fluent in Mandarin.
