Meet Dr. Christopher Tulip Shah

Dr. Christopher Shah is a specialist in comprehensive surgical and medical ophthalmology and acute eye emergencies. He received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and then earned his medical degree from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine in East Lansing.

Dr. Shah completed his residency in ophthalmology at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, reflecting his commitment to excellence in eye care.

In his practice, Dr. Shah focuses on cataract surgery, including standard and advanced technology procedures, and the management of glaucoma through medical, laser, and surgical interventions, including minimally invasive glaucoma surgery. He also provides treatment for dry eye conditions. Outside of work, he enjoys watching Michigan football, traveling, cooking, and eating.
