About Me
Dr. Christina P. Johnson is a board-certified ophthalmologist who specializes in pediatric ophthalmology and comprehensive eye care. She completed her fellowship in pediatric ophthalmology at the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics, following her residency in ophthalmology. Dr. Johnson earned her medical degree with high honors from Baylor College of Medicine and graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor's degree in biology from Rice University.
Dr. Johnson is an active member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and serves as a support leader for the Tourette Syndrome Association of Texas in the Rio Grande Valley. She provides care for a wide range of eye conditions, including cornea and external disease, dry eye, and glaucoma, with a particular focus on pediatric patients.
