Dr. Charlene Crockett

Dr. Charlene Crockett is a board-certified ophthalmologist practicing at the Santa Rosa Medical Center in Santa Rosa, California. Dr. Crockett provides comprehensive eye care for patients of all ages, focusing on the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of eye conditions.

She completed her medical education at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, followed by an internship at The University of Texas Medical at Houston. Dr. Crockett then returned to Baylor College of Medicine for her residency in ophthalmology and pursued further subspecialty training through a fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine and Texas Children's Hospital.
