Dr. Carmen Gonzalez

Dr. Carmen H. Gonzalez is an ophthalmologist who has been practicing since 1992. She was introduced to ophthalmology by her father and developed a fascination for the field during medical school. She completed her medical degree at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogota, Columbia, and then pursued residency training in ophthalmology at both Louisiana State University and Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.

Dr. Gonzalez is dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized care to each patient. She focuses on comprehensive ophthalmology and utilizes advanced ophthalmic imaging to diagnose and manage a variety of eye conditions. She believes in listening to her patients' needs to determine the best course of care.

Dr. Gonzalez is affiliated with IU Health Arnett and is a member of the IU Health Medical Group. Outside of her practice, she enjoys dancing, exploring museums, participating in church activities, and spending time with her family.
