Dr. Carlos Gustavo De Moraes

Wen F. Hu, MD, PhD, is a uveitis specialist who provides expert medical and surgical care for inflammatory and infectious eye disease. She treats uveitis across all anatomic types and performs routine and complex cataract surgery, with special attention to optimizing outcomes in uveitic eyes. Patients value her collaborative approach and clear coordination with other specialists. Dr. Hu completed ophthalmology residency at Massachusetts Eye and Ear and a uveitis fellowship at the John A. Moran Eye Center through a Heed Ophthalmic Foundation fellowship. She holds an MD and a PhD in Neuroscience from Harvard and completed undergraduate training at Yale. Her practice includes immunomodulatory therapy, steroid-sparing strategies, and comprehensive perioperative planning for complex cases.

Dr. Julia Fallon is a board-certified ophthalmologist and vitreoretinal surgeon at New York Retina Consultants. She completed medical school at New York University School of Medicine, graduating at the top of her class and receiving an Alpha Omega Alpha award recognizing her outstanding scholastic achievement. Dr. Fallon then completed an internship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, followed by ophthalmology residency and a two-year surgical vitreoretinal fellowship at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai, where she served as chief resident and received the Austin T. Grey Memorial Scholarship Award. She specializes in the medical and surgical management of retinal diseases, including macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, retinal vein occlusions, retinal tears and detachments, and complications related to cataract surgery and intraocular lenses. Dr. Fallon is an active member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Retina Specialists. She is dedicated to providing careful, compassionate care, taking time to explain conditions and treatment options so patients feel supported throughout their care.

Yafeng Li, MD, PhD, is an ophthalmologist whose practice focuses on medical and surgical diseases of the retina and vitreous. He cares for patients with age-related macular degeneration, diabetic eye disease, retinal detachments, and complex inflammatory and infectious retinal conditions. Dr. Li emphasizes careful examination, evidence-based treatments, and close follow-up to protect and improve vision. Dr. Li received his medical education at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, followed by internship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and ophthalmology residency at the University of Pennsylvania. He completed fellowship training at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai. He speaks English, Chinese, and French and is board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.
