Dr. Carlindo Da Reitz Pereira

Dr. Carlindo da Reitz Pereira is an ophthalmologist who provides comprehensive surgical eye care at Cascadia Eye. After graduating from medical school in South Africa in 1995, he practiced as a family physician before pursuing ophthalmology training. He completed his ophthalmology residency at Loma Linda University in 2004 and later underwent subspecialty training in refractive and cornea surgery. Dr. Pereira is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and has been a member of Cascadia Eye since 2010.

Dr. Pereira specializes in cataract surgery, including the use of premium lenses to optimize visual outcomes, and is an experienced refractive surgeon performing LASIK and PRK. He also treats corneal conditions and is noted for his gentle, patient-centered approach. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Pereira is active in charitable surgical care, leading a free vision clinic each year.
