Dr. Carl Minning

Dr. Carl A. Minning, Jr. is a board certified ophthalmologist and a founding member of Eye Surgery Associates of Zanesville, Inc. After dedicating 40 years to cataract surgery, Dr. Minning now focuses on diagnosing and treating medical eye problems and performing laser procedures for a variety of conditions.

Dr. Minning completed his undergraduate and medical education at The Ohio State University, followed by an internship at Riverside Methodist Hospital and a residency in ophthalmology at Ohio State, where he served as Chief Resident. He remains actively involved in research and has contributed to national peer-reviewed journals, including the American Journal of Ophthalmology and the Archives of Ophthalmology.

Known for his commitment to patient care, Dr. Minning treats a wide range of eye conditions and is a respected member of multiple professional organizations.
